I have been a licensed Real Estate Broker for over 25 years in Virginia and North Carolina as well as a Virginia Auctioneer. Over the years my expertise has focused mostly around Farm & Timberlands, Historic Homes and Lakefront Properties. Melba and I have the responsibility of being the stewards of “Oakley” the ancestral farm and home of Robert Boyd (my Great, Great,Great Grandfather!). The manor house was built in 1790 with major addition in 1834 and restorations in 1973 & 2002. The farm located on the shore of Bluestone Creek, Kerr Lake, Virginia. We truly live or work! Kurt grew up in Clarksville and enjoyed all the recreational activities that the community offers. He continued his education at Mary Baldwin College in which he earned a Business Management degree. He has been around our office since he was fifth teen years old helping broker Bill Baker on many projects and learning all he could about real estate. Kurt knows Clarksville and surrounding areas extremely well and can assist you with finding your dream property.
